A unique, varied and pivotal role has become available for an Operations Administrator to join a growing SME North of York. 

No two days will be the same in this position and it requires an individual who is a great multi-tasker and adept at prioritising workloads.

Attention to detail is essential, you will have responsibility for checking design files and orders to ensure they are complete and accurate before they arrive with the end customer.

Further duties to include but are not limited to:
- Generation of purchase orders
- Maintaining work in progress tracking spreadsheets
- Liaising with suppliers at all stages of manufacture 
- Liaising between internal departments and colleagues
- Supporting Management with any other administrative tasks as required

Essential Skills:
- Well organised with good attention to detail 
- Flexible, resourceful and a good team player
- The ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under constant pressure of deadlines and interruptions 
- IT literate 
- The ability to work off your own initiative and think on your feet

An understanding of the print industry or experience within a supply chain setting would be advantageous but not essential.

Own transport essential due to office location 12 miles north of York.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Full time, permanent role
