This company is looking to recruit an Office Support Technician on a permanent basis, to provide assistance and support services to clients throughout the UK and across the public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the monitoring and administration of support tickets, helping clients setting up email accounts on their PC’s or mobile devices and liaising with developers to expedite the resolution of tickets. You will also be required to make basic changes to the content of websites, utilising CMS tools and editors where appropriate.

You'll work alongside smart and dynamic people who are passionate about delivering creative and effective solutions for their customers, who are centric to their company.

Their office is located on Pottergate, in the centre of Norwich making it easily accessible via bus and the park and ride facilities located around the City. The office provides a relaxed atmosphere where staff have a great team ethos, providing support and guidance through sharing ideas and knowledge.

In return they provide a generous holiday entitlement of 33 days per annum (including Bank Holidays), access to free tea, coffee and soft drinks throughout the day, and free social staff events organised throughout the year.
