This leading disaster restoration company carries out services on behalf of the top insurance companies and all major adjusters nationwide following a fire, escape of water or accidental damage incident. Additional private work includes carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and furniture repairs.

They require a high energy and enthusiastic Office Manager with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude to join an expanding company in a small office environment.

Key Duties will include:

- Deal with all incoming email and telephone enquiries to include optimising relationships and generating new business.
- Manage diaries for each technician.
- Process and dispatch as required new work instructions both from the network and private work. Ensure they are processed accurately and efficiently within the set parameters, adhering to the guidelines applicable to specific client accounts and procedures.
- Liaise with the network, client and/or all third parties to ensure all relevant information is obtained and processed efficiently to assist with effective processing of new work instructions and data.
- Produce sales and purchase invoices.
- Bank reconciliations and finalising and completing VAT returns.
- Handle confidential information.
- Use of CRM system together with updates of leads and sales each week
- Report back to management with weekly reports on network and private jobs.

Desired Skill and Experience:

- Advanced knowledge off all Microsoft office.
- Good understanding of Sage 50 Accounts or similar package
- Organised, self-motivating, dynamic and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Must work independently and to a high standard.
- Prioritising work-loads and managing diaries that can change frequently each day.
- Have fantastic attention to detail.
- You must be able to find a solution to any problem, take ownership, implement it and care about the outcome.

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000pa, 20 days holiday + bank holidays + pension.
