Bristol-based food publishing company seeks a highly organised part-time office manager to oversee the day-to-day running of operations and to keep everyone in line in our small but busy city centre office.

Part-time position of 20 hours a week, with flexible hours to fit into the successful candidate’s schedule.

The successful candidate must be:

- Organised and diligent
- Detail-orientated
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude
- Knowledgeable with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Google equivalents

Duties will include:

- Overseeing their workflow and making the business more efficient
- Processing order forms and ensuring that details are correctly uploaded to their system
- Handling telephone enquiries and responding to reader requests for guides
- Organising the office facilities, recycling and storage etc
- Cross-referencing client details to ensure accuracy
- Coordinating distribution lists with agents throughout the country
- General admin tasks as they arise

Experience of taking payments and handling general accounts admin (Sage 50) is highly advantageous.

Salary £10 per hour plus workplace pension and 28 days holiday per year pro rata.
