This dedicated reseller of Microsoft Dynamics NAV software based in Swindon is looking for a part time Office Administrator to join their team.
This is a varied role where you will be responsible for General Office Administration, Reception Duties, Health and Safety and Site Facilities. The role will also involve accounts duties, support for the business directors and cover for Finance and HR.
You will require
- Experience within office administration
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding analytical, administrative and organisational skills
- Good time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
You will be:
- Self-motivated and able to work alone
- A team player, flexible and keen to get involved in a number of different tasks
Previous experience of an accounts environment would be desirable.
