They are now looking for an Office Administrator / Receptionist who possesses an exceptional personality and passion for personal development to join their small, friendly team.

Duties include:

General office administration and reception duties including but not limited to the following;
- Organising and maintaining filing systems
- Answering the telephone
- Maintaining key business databases up to date.
- Keep operations areas clean and tidy
- Meeting and greeting clients and prospective clients
- Checking stock and ordering supplies
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Picking up client information on occasion

Skills required:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organisational skills
- A Full Driving Licence is required for this role due to location and as you could occasionally be required to visit client site
