What you’ll be doing:
You will be working in the Client Loyalty Team providing ongoing outstanding service to their existing clients to help them find the best rates when remortgaging, moving or selecting another mortgage product. You will be the customer’s primary contact throughout the mortgage application process, right up to the point of mortgage completion.

As part of the role you will be responsible for:
- Using effective questioning skills to establish customer needs, recommending appropriate mortgage products and protection solutions
- Carrying out product research to obtain ESIS and KFI’s and provide customers with a full advice and recommendation service for mortgages and protection in accordance with the company values
- Providing clients with accurate and timely updates on the progress of mortgage and loan applications
- Ensuring all work undertaken is compliant at all times

What you’ll bring to the table
- Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice CeMAP or Certificate in Mortgage Advice Cert CII (MP)
- You’ll be a competent adviser within an existing mortgage advice role for at least 6 months
- Expert knowledge of advised sales and mortgage compliance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to develop and build strong relationships over the phone
- A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Office
