This client, an award-winning B2B digital marketing agency, is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team of B2B marketing professionals. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in marketing operations and campaign management.

The Marketing Operations Specialist works closely with the account team to implement, monitor and manage the marketing technology stack for clients. You’ll be expected to support the account team with building and managing marketing programmes using the clients’ preferred marketing automation platform and manage campaigns through ad technology such as Google Adwords, native advertising and social advertising.

You’ll also be expected to analyse campaign performance and make recommendations on campaign adjustments, including reporting on campaign KPIs and campaign influence. You’ll be well versed at test and learn strategies and be able to optimise activity.

You’ll need 3-5 years relevant experience in a Marketing Operations / CRM / Marketing Analytics role; you’ll be Google Analytics certified, well versed in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot and/or Eloqua), and understand the B2B sales process. You'll need to be organised, numerate and analytical with excellent written and verbal skills. As part of the client delivery team, you’ll be expected to be a quick thinker, highly motivated and be a natural leader as well as focussed on delivering to the highest standards.

In return you can expect a salary up to £38k (depending on experience), 25 days holiday, private health (with cash back) and free parking.
