They are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join their team based at their head office in Wiltshire. They also have offices in the US. They develop and sell their own cloud business software. The role will encompass all aspects of the company’s marketing and brand awareness.
A high degree of computer literacy and previous experience in technology marketing would be an advantage.
The role will involve you being involved in all aspects of the marketing mix and will offer you a chance to really make a difference to a rapidly growing international organisation.
The Marketing Manager will be expected to manage and own the company’s marketing strategy. Therefore to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have experience with working in a small Marketing department where you are responsible for most activities related to marketing. Responsibilities will include but be not limited to:
- Managing a small team
- Ensuring a real ROI on the marketing budget
- Driving new leads to the sales team
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to create campaigns that work
- Creation and execution of marketing plans
- Writing case studies
- Developing and managing Social media
- LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter / YouTube etc
- Newsletters
- Blog writing
- Content creation
- Website updates
- Managing and identifying Trade shows to attend as well as the performance, organisation and delivery
- Campaign management
- Design and production of collateral
- Overseeing company communications to ensure a consistent corporate image
- Working with Adobe Creative Suite
You will need to be educated to degree-level and/or have a CIM qualification and have at least 2 years commercial marketing experience. You will need to be able to work effectively on your own initiative as well as in a team. This position is located near to Chippenham, and is commutable from Swindon, Bath and Bristol.
