This growing company, currently with a team of 17, that provides the complete range of outsourced HR services to small and medium sized businesses in the Bristol, Bath and North Somerset area. Their clients are from all sectors and industries which provides for a very varied and challenging role offering exposure and development opportunities to all areas of HR.

The Role:

They are looking for a flexible, motivated marketing individual with excellent organisational and time management skills to join their expanding, fast paced, professional team to provide support in the marketing of the company. A friendly manner and creative flair are key for this role as well as a strong attention to detail.

You will be expected to have a clear focus on delivery and a keen eye for detail and would be expected to hit the ground running.

Main duties:

The duties of this role will include leading the implementation of marketing strategies, attending networking meetings and events and acting as an ambassador for the company at all times.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the business’s web page, blogs, newsletters and case studies and will be required to maintain the brand across the web and social media platforms, developing marketing content for both these online platforms and hard copy materials.

You will also deal with general office management duties, arranging client meetings, and will be responsible for marketing and coordinating in-house training events, preparing training details and liaising with delegates.

Candidate requirements:

- Experience of working within a marketing role
- Marketing or business degree with marketing module desirable
- Excellent working knowledge of social media including twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Must have a good telephone manner, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- A good team player
- Highly IT literate (Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential)
- Have the ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong organisation skills
- Capable of producing accurate grammatically correct correspondence
- A sense of humour
