Marketing Administrative Assistant
Competitive Salary
8.30am-5.30pm - 5 days a week

They are looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join their growing team.

The role is for someone articulate, creative, hardworking and ambitious. You will be expected to be flexible and work alongside several people within the marketing team and colleagues to support each other.

Day to day:
- Coordinating marketing pack send outs.
- Create content for social media and website including photographs of new products.
- Monitoring of Marketing collateral (i.e. graphics, promotional literature, merchandise) within store network and ensuring adequate levels of stock.
- Assisting marketing team with key brand reports e.g. Competitor social media reviews, research findings, visual presentations (PowerPoint presentations on store openings, events, marketing campaigns etc.).
- Update spreadsheets and databases with accurate information on their existing stores, new stores opening and any re-fits or store moves.
- Research new strategies to increase brand awareness on social media and via digital platforms or communications.
- Keep their google business, yelp and yell platforms up to date with accurate store information.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure the best prices on merchandising collateral.

On top of this, your role will see you working on projects across the entire marketing mix and supporting each member of their team.

You’ll be a part of planning for upcoming National campaigns, digital and social campaigns, product launches, store openings and event logistics for experiential brand roadshows.

Experience is an advantage when joining the their marketing team, but not a requirement.
