A Maintenance Engineer is required to join our team at our SCUBA Manufacturing facility.
Duties to include:
- Ensuring all facilities and equipment are fit for purpose and well maintained.
- Providing a day to day maintenance support service (preventive and reactive) to all areas of the site.
- Making or arranging and overseeing repairs, adjustments or improvements to machines, facilities and equipment.
- Varied duties including machine maintenance work, cleaning, plumbing and electrical works, general DIY tasks.
Skills and experience required:
- Be a time served Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with certification
- Display a strong can do attitude that can go one step beyond and the ability to be self-motivated and work on own initiative.
- Have a good understanding / knowledge of all different types of CNC machines
- Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Good electrical and electronic knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
- Basic Microsoft, PC knowledge and e-mail procedures
