This Hertfordshire based creative - large format print company, is seeking a Mac Operator and Large Format Print Technician.
Founded in 2002, this company creates bespoke, large-format graphics for a wide client base. The right person for this role will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position, and will be enthusiastic and conscientious, displaying genuine commitment and possessing the ability to successfully manage a number of key responsibilities.
The role will involve a range of duties concerned with large-format digital printing, which will include working with digital operators to prepare machines for print runs, setting up files for print on RIP Platforms, and working with vinyl cutters to prepare, cut and weed vinyls. A range of technical skills are also called for, with the ideal candidate being a confident Mac user and demonstrating the ability to use Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop also print ripping Software such as Onyx and Caldera.
The chosen candidate will also be flexible and willing to learn, since the company will be introducing new applications and software to the working process as it expands and embraces new technologies. The successful candidate will be required to master any new applications relevant to their position with the assistance of in-house training.

The Role
