The Role
They are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Cashier/Accounts Assistant. The role itself is high volume and fast paced so requires a candidate with great attention to detail, numeracy skills and previous exposure in a similar role, would be preferred.
Salary will be pro-rata of £14,000- £25,000 of full time, depending on candidate and experience. Possible full time role available and hours by agreement.

The Job
- Undertaking/preparing CHAPS, BACS and Faster
Payments via electronic banking
- Processing client and office account receipts and payment
- Billing clients
- Paying invoices
- Banking
- Inter account transfers
- Bank reconciliations
- Filing and producing financial reports for management
- Managing petty cash, employee expenses and holidays/absences
- Monthly reconciliation of company credit cards
- VAT preparation
- Conveyancing Completion statements review
- General office duties ( including scanning, calls and filing away records)
