They require a Lean Process Consultant for an expected 6 month client project. Based in Cambridgeshire, the role will form part of a larger finance transformation project for significant business, working with change management, finance improvement consultants and data resources.
Professional Experience
- Project leader experience in a lean process and agile environment
- Familiar with Lean Enterprise principles and techniques that focus on optimizing value through a fact-based decision process
- Comprehensive business knowledge (organization structure, business functions, processes, procedures, objectives, goals, measures, metrics, internal self-assessment processes, etc.)
- Experience in successfully applying quality management, process improvement, and problem-solving tools and methodologies
- Experience in implementing and sustaining change/improvements (change champion)
- Experience of working with other external consultants
- Process management focused
Some European travel to other client sites
Demonstrable recent experience in challenging transformation projects working to tight deadlines and delivering significant value. Some international travel required.
