This company provide a range of services to housing associations and the private housing sector.
Due to company growth, they are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to part of a team carrying out tasks in the following services:
- Void Response - Service includes: void turnaround, light repairs, cleanliness, health and safety.
- Building Works, Maintenance & Repairs – assisting with planned and responsive works in properties for our clients/customers and in office premises.
A range of void turnaround tasks, maintenance and repair tasks are carried out and the post holder will assist with those tasks or complete them on their own depending on experience and abilities.
Types of work undertaken,
- Getting rooms cleared and ready for new residents
- Setting up new properties with furniture packs
- Furniture removals/replacements
- Grounds tidying and gardening;
Labouring for various areas of:
- Building works
- Clearance and construction
- Plumbing/repairs
- Painting & decorating
- Securing or fixing broken windows/doors, locks, latches; woodwork
- Floor laying (eg carpets/laminate) etc.
Training and skill building will be provided where needed on all activities undertaken.
This is a full time post (40 hours per week)
