Looking to gain Product Development and Manufacturing experience? Then grab this chance to join the close-knit team at a company providing bespoke sportswear for teams and individuals worldwide.

They would like to recruit a production assistant to assist with their Production Department to support and develop their internal team. You will gain in depth experience in product development, logistics and manufacturing.

Specific tasks will include:
- To help coordinate graphics and order sheets for all product sampling and progress at the factory ensuring all timelines are met.
- Assist garment analyst to check sign off all future gold seal products including new sizing guides.
- Understand trends and provide information on help support ordering of stock
- Help with maintaining the live stock spread sheet
- Checking accuracy of all supplier and freight invoices
- Produce and update team wear price list from the factory and ensure that all costs supplied are relevant and acceptable.
- Assist with Procurement Director and Procurement Supervisor with annual team wear brochure production, layout and content consultancy and to ensure all relevant product information is correct and that given lead times are adhered to
- Assisting with weekly QC’s of teamwear deliveries
- Collating and sending customer sample requests

Essential:
- A good team player
- Excellent communication, telephone and interpersonal skills
- Personable and able to quickly develop strong, effective relationships
- Outstanding organisational skills and a good eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while providing high quality work and remaining calm and professional at all times
- IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe

Desirable:
- Experience of CRM systems and in particular Sage 200
- Experience in product Development activities particularly within the sportswear industry
