This role will be part of their Managed Services team, and will work to assist in providing efficient support to the company’s IT infrastructure and to provide testing and quality assurance for web projects.

Role Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of quality assurance by testing websites / web applications / mobile applications
- Provide Ad-Hoc day to day in-house desktop support when required
- Provide training to customers and internal staff of systems used
- Support IT and Testing Manager with
o Management / Maintenance of Windows IIS based web servers
o Management / Maintenance of MS SQL Server databases
o Management / Maintenance of domains / DNS
o Setting up development environments for web team
o Setting up production environments and assisting with “go live”
- Offer support to customers for:
o Hosting/Email
- Product / website/application support e.g. CMS / Email Systems / Bespoke solutions

Personal Requirements
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years IT support experience
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years web testing experience
- Knowledge of the following
o Testing tools
o Windows Server(s)
o IIS
o Internet protocols – IP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS etc
o Domain name registration / management
o .Net framework configuration
o SQL Server
o Windows operating systems / Office applications / Email
o PHP/Linux
- Knowledge of Version control systems / backup
- Knowledge of web based CMS systems
- Knowledge of web browsers
- Firewall / Router / Networking knowledge
- A self-starter & tenacious individual who is open to learning & able to push through technical challenges they face
- Must have ability to work well within a team
