At this integrated consulting and software company, they are self-starters who enjoy solving technical challenges, and so should you. They are looking for a technologically talented IT Support Engineer, who is always keen to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

You will be able to respond efficiently to escalated technical support requests, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering first rate technical support across their internal technology stacks
- Responding to incidents and resolving queries through their support ticketing system (1st to 3rd line issues).
- Escalating situations as appropriate in accordance with processes, and making sure all incidents are logged.
- Continually developing your skills and the knowledge required to support their infrastructure.

In order to succeed in this position, you must be a good generalist with an ability to hit the ground running with the following technologies:

- Windows
- Exchange
- Lync
- SharePoint
- SCCM
- PowerShell
