This provider of investment management services has an exciting opportunity for an Investment Administration Assistant to join their Guildford office.
This role will provide a challenging and exciting opportunity and would suit someone who enjoys providing outstanding administrative support. Working alongside experienced Investment specialists, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the team.
The role will include resolving general administration queries, collating/checking/producing review data, providing share price calculations and, along with dealing with probate matters, producing tax packs and maintaining the database.
The job holder may be educated to ‘A’ level standard along with English and Maths GCSE at grade A-C, or have proven experience in a role requiring similar levels of administration, attention to detail, numeracy and literacy.
The ideal candidate will be diligent, professional and straightforward in their approach, with a patient, friendly and helpful disposition.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is also essential.
