This is an opportunity to join one of the UK largest international removal companies. As part of your role you will be looking after their customers move all around the world ensuring they are looked after every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- To arrange pre-move surveys
- To prepare quotations and communicate with partners from around the world.
- Take bookings both internally and from overseas agents for new moves
- Ensure that the logistics department is informed of all bookings along with advising all relevant information to each job. This is to be done as a far advance as possible
- To maintain all files ensuring that all relevant paperwork and information is noted on the Moveware system.
- Keep records of all contacts, both verbally and written, on the files within Moveware
- Any other duties as may be requested by the company
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent admin skills and customer service skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Experience within in shipping would be ideal but not required.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm.
£20,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience.
Based in Huyton, Liverpool.
