This company supplies high quality garage doors and associated products from leading manufacturers to major property developers, builders’ merchants and specialist garage door installers.

Their manufacturers and customers have stated they are a very efficient company to work with.

They are a small friendly team with a great work ethic. Their work is fast paced and challenging but very rewarding.

You will be responsible for planning and running the garage door installations diary and ensuring the garage doors are despatched on time to meet the installation date.
- Planning and Diary Management for 2 x Garage Door Installers
- Ensure the Installers have submitted their weekly paperwork to the Office Coordinator
- Raise Installer’s Paperwork
- Raise Order Paperwork
- Responsible for Despatching and Invoicing Installation Jobs
- Filing Installation Paperwork
- First point of call for Installers and Customers
- Assist the Sales Manager with other duties when required

- Confident working style
- Ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively
- Organised
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- IT literate
- Ability to Work in a Team Environment
- Strong attention to detail

Salary & Benefits:
- £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
- 4 weeks paid holiday

They are based in the leading Manor Royal Business district offering excellent transport links to Gatwick Airport, M23 and the M25. Car parking is available.
