This role is for a small locally based Housing Association working solely in the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
Independent Living Officer – Full Time Monday to Friday 35 hours per week – Start Date 2nd April 2018.
This is a new post and forms part of the Housing Services Team delivering an Intensive Housing Management service to their sheltered tenants.
To be appointed you will have to demonstrate: -
- A proven track record of delivering Housing management and working with vulnerable older people
- Have excellent communication skills to a diverse customer base
- Ability to deliver targets and outcomes to a high level
- Good IT skills.
- You will be able to organise your workload effectively,
- Work accurately to produce high quality work to deadlines
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and the wider community.
This is currently an essential car user post requiring a full clean driving licence and your own car.
