The role will include travel within the East Midlands, a driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential.

You will be working with local employers to guide and support learners’ performance and knowledge throughout their training in Housing/Property Management, delivering the Housing Apprenticeship Standard up to Level 4. You will cover topics such as; legislation and regulation in the property management sector, business planning, financial and risk management, organisational performance management systems, customer relationships and stakeholder management, providing advice on housing services.

You will be responsible for delivering training and undertaking assessments, whilst continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers.

The Individual

What they really value is your industry knowledge and experience within the housing association or letting agency sectors, so although holding a relevant assessor or verifier qualification and experience would be an advantage, full training and support will be provided if you have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others.

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, proven experience of delivering training and assessing learners would be an advantage.
