A leading national health and social care training provider is looking for exceptional health and social care trainers based in and around the Essex area to join their dynamic and friendly team.
They are the sole providers of the renowned Virtual Dementia Tour and Autism Reality Experience. As a skills for care centre of excellence they pride themselves in innovative and exciting training delivery and are looking for trainers (or potential trainers) who share the same vision.
The role involves delivering a range of health and social care courses to care and support staff working in a variety of settings.
They are seeking experienced trainers who have excellent skills in training delivery who wish to further their career and take on a new challenge. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for excellence in care and support.
Applicants must be willing to travel (company or pool car provided) and stay overnight on occasion.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable sector competence in health and social care
- Be able to work full time
- AET/PTLLS qualification or equivalent (advantageous but not essential)
- Driving license and willingness to travel
- Confidence
- Great communication and motivational skills
- Able to make learning fun and engaging
