This ambitious London based advertising agency specialising in the student recruitment sector is looking for an advertising expert to join their dynamic, exciting business.

Significant growth in 2017 and an imminent new brand launch means we are looking for someone with the right skills and with a passion for the industry. This is a great chance to get deeply involved in the running of a digital first advertising agency with a very exciting year ahead

You will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of the operational side of the business, from pitch through to campaign delivery, reporting and financial management.

You will quickly develop a deep understanding of client campaign objectives, offering insightful advice on budget allocation and delivery against agreed KPIs. You will refresh, develop and own the management of all internal processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the campaign delivery manager workload and training. Ensure your team adheres to processes around campaign management, and that work flow processes are robust and trackable
- Internally providing reports for all campaign work including the creation and updating of a reporting dashboard
- Review existing operational processes. Introduce, implement and manage improved workflow processes to ensure the successful management of complex campaigns across many advertising channels
- Liaise with account management team and clients to ensure campaigns are consistently delivered to the highest standard.
- Provide regular updates to account team on campaign process. Deliver timely and accurate insight and recommendations for improving campaigns. Swiftly identify poor campaign performance and liaise with account team to resolve customer issues.
- Deliver timely and accurate analytical data to account team for monthly, mid and end of campaign reports
- Work with finance team to ensure costs are agreed and visible for reporting
- Lead in technical problem resolution
- Responsible for issue escalation
- If appropriate, establishing strong relationships with clients
- Obsessively future scan for new or improved products and services that could benefit their clients, and communicate them to the team
- Attend relevant events - conferences, media days, client entertainment etc

You’ll be a graduate with at least 3 years’ experience in a comparable role and a proven track record in project management. You'll have strong IT skills, superb attention to detail and a determination to deliver projects accurately and on time. You’ll enjoy communicating and working in a tight knit team.
