This is an exciting opportunity to join a graphic design agency offering a complete service across print and digital including: logo and brand development, advertising, brochures, website design, UI/UX and much more. Their clients range from entrepreneurial start-ups to well established companies and brands across multiple industries as well as international markets.

They are looking for a professional, talented and friendly creative designer to join our team. Any applicant must have at least two years experience working as a graphic designer with a focus on print and must be able to present a selection of professional works with his/her CV. A complete portfolio must be made available at the interview stage.

Responsibilities:
- Working alongside senior graphic designers to develop creative design solutions through brochures, advertising, brand identity and digital developments.
- Working with existing clients and producing design creative following client brief and brand guidelines.
- Working with new clients under the guidance of senior members of the team to develop strong design solutions across multiple touchpoints.
- Communicating and meeting directly with clients.
- Working to client deadlines and consistently delivering a high standard of work.
- Managing the their social media posts (Facebook, Pinterest, Linked-In, Behance) portfolio, website and marketing campaigns.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

- Design related degree or equivalent (preferably Graphic Design).
- Need to demonstrate the ability to work proficiently with: InDesign, Photoshop Illustrator, Acrobat, Powerpoint and Microsoft Word.
- Knowledge of HTML would be preferable but not essential.
- Strong eye for typography, colour and modern aesthetic.
- Experience of artworking designs through to print production.
- Understanding of marketing principles and client objectives.
- General knowledge of historic and current design aesthetic.
- Ability to pay attention to detail in a time efficient manner.
- Ability to multi-task and produce high quality work at speed without compromising on quality.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Confident to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
- Strong personal desire to progress, a self-starter with a passionate approach to design work.

Additional Information

This role is based in Tunbridge Wells.
- Contracted working hours are 9am - 6pm though additional hours may be required pending deadlines and business needs.
