This growing digital-first agency specializing in the student marketplace is based in the Preston Park area of Brighton. They obsessively seek out new ways to help achieve client marketing goals through cutting edge use of digital media as well as out-of-home, radio and regional press.
Clients love their transparent working processes and personal, hands-on approach.

They’ve had a great year, with glowing feedback from existing clients and a strong new business performance. They’re highly proactive, constantly future-scanning to spot and integrate the next development that will help give client marketing plans the competitive edge in an increasingly complex and fast-changing sector.

They’re looking for an Advertising Insight Executive to join their close-knit team. You will probably be a strong graduate with a degree involving data science and analysis. You may have some work experience in this area. Working between the Account Management and Delivery teams and across their portfolio, you will help analyse and interpret data from client advertising campaigns, generating insights and ideas on campaign performance and market trends. You will produce and present visual reports to share with clients, continually evolving strategy. You will also assist with the tendering process and new business research.

This is a superb opportunity to expand your skills and develop your career, working in an experienced and talented team. You will be exposed to the entire marketing process from initial brief taking and strategic decision making, right through to post-campaign analysis. The agency firmly believe in nurturing talent internally through a combination of coaching and 360 degree exposure to the marketing process. They’re looking for someone keen to be vital to the company – not a small cog in a big machine.

You must…
- Have an analytical mindset and an ability to interpret data, probably through a recent undergraduate or post-graduate degree
- Have experience using industry standard analytics platforms
- Have the ability to visually and verbally present insights and findings concisely and effectively
- Have a good understanding of the digital advertising sphere
- Be self-sufficient and mature
- Be organised with excellent attention to detail
- Love working in a small team of 6-7 full-time people
- Enjoy coming up with ideas, solving problems and going the extra mile to achieve results
- Be keen to learn and progress

You may well have…
- experience in education marketing or knowledge of the higher education sector
- Experience working with social advertising and PPC campaigns
- Experience with PowerBI / SQL and data visualisation platforms such as Datawrapper

Benefits:
25 days holiday plus your birthday off. Private Health after 1 year.

If you tick these boxes, they’d love to hear from you. Please send a CV. They will be in touch to arrange a short telephone interview if your experience is a good fit.
