This company was founded in 1996 to consult on and manage the print production of direct mail, in-store cardboard displays, catalogues, leaflets and brochures. Current clients include Microsoft, King's College London and Audible. They are financially robust, with a £30m turnover and substantial cash reserves.

Profits are shared amongst employees (after two years’ service) and the work perks include free ironing, free bike-to-work scheme and a free drink on Fridays. The dress code is casual.

The business is carbon-positive and has donated over £600,000 to charity since 2009.

You’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining and updating applications. Which means you’ll need to be able to hit the ground running and be happy to work as part of a very focused team. You also need to be pro-active, a quick learner and be able to communicate ideas, problems and solutions in a user-friendly way to everyone from the office junior to the CEO.

The initial project for this role will be to develop an API to gather product data from a wide range of suppliers and integrate that data into existing applications.

Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of .Net development experience
- Solid Experience with C#, Javascript, jQuery and SQL
- Good knowledge of Entity Framework and ADO
- Good understanding of MVC patterns
- Solid experience developing WebAPI applications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience using HTML, CSS and Sass
- Ability to write code adhering to good coding practices
- Experience with cross browser compatibility and cross device responsiveness
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills

Ideally the role would be based in Bicester, but we also have an office in Barnsley. Both offices have plenty of free parking and are close to the train station.
