This company was founded in 1996 to consult on and manage the print production of direct mail, in-store cardboard displays, catalogues, leaflets and brochures. You’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining and updating applications. Which means you’ll need to be able to hit the ground running and be happy to work as part of a very focused team. You also need to be pro-active, a quick learner and be able to communicate ideas, problems and solutions in a user-friendly way to everyone from the office junior to the CEO.
The initial project for this role will be to develop an API to gather product data from a wide range of suppliers and integrate that data into existing applications.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of .Net development experience
- Solid Experience with C#, Javascript, jQuery and SQL
- Good knowledge of Entity Framework and ADO
- Good understanding of MVC patterns
- Solid experience developing WebAPI applications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience using HTML, CSS and Sass
- Ability to write code adhering to good coding practices
- Experience with cross browser compatibility and cross device responsiveness
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills
