This Social Enterprise provides a range of diverse cultural, sporting and physical activities throughout East Devon and South Somerset in the sectors of indoor and outdoor sports, swimming, exercise and health, children’s play schemes, educational programmes, sporting and cultural events and the performing arts.
They are now seeking an energetic, committed Fitness Manager with a passion for encouraging others to live a healthy lifestyle, while delivering excellent customer service. Working 37 hours per week, you will support the Leisure Manager in all aspects of the Health and Fitness operation, providing a leadership role for all gym team members and group exercise instructors.

Key Skills and Aptitudes
- Level 3 fitness qualification
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the leisure industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and motivated to work to targets and deadlines
- IT skills
- Leadership and motivational qualities
- Interest in sport, health and exercise
- Flexibility for evening and weekend working
