An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator / Personal Assistant to assist one of clients’ Directors and their team in providing the highest quality service to their clients. The Person:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or as an Administrator
- Experienced using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to learn new back office systems quickly and easily
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Highly organised, personable and hard working
- Financial Services experience is highly desirable, but not essential

Key Duties:
- Personal Assistant to the Director
- Typing of client reports, letters and emails (copy and audio)
- Preparing client communications using Microsoft Office
- Communicating with clients and internal contacts via telephone and e-mail
- Processing client transactions and using our back-office systems
- Investigating and dealing with client matters in a focused and courteous manner
- Completing other general administration duties as required

Hours of work for this position are 8.45am to 5.15pm and in return the company offers an excellent remuneration package, working environment and career prospects. There is also a Six-Monthly Bonus.
