This company is looking for an E - Billing Finance Assistant to join a prestigious, well established law yet growing law firm in Bristol.

E-Billing Finance Assistant
Working closely with the Finance Systems team, this role will be responsible for setting up new E-billing arrangements, and establishing E- billing procedures throughout the Firm.

Consistently deliver high quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective client communication and client service orientation.

Assist in identifying and implementing ways to develop and deliver products and services to meet client objectives and business needs.

Assist in Identifying and implementing process improvements that maximise efficiency and effectiveness

Assist in identifying and executing ways to develop and enhance relationships with clients
- The successful candidate will manage the people, processes and client interaction required to ensure we are compliant with the client billing requirements.
- Processes and procedures need to be implemented in the form of work flows that allow the business users to use new E billing systems to reach their required goal (i.e. a correct invoice). This requires establishing what the business users need to achieve and creating detailed easy to follow work flows to allow them to achieve their goals in a manner which allows them to work with the system (not against it).
- The new post holder will need to appreciate this project will see the business users moving away from an old (entrenched) manual paper based system that has been operated by existing users for many years towards a new automated system. This will require excellent soft skills and an ability to make the business users aware that the new post holder is on their side and will work with them to achieve a common goal in a workable user friendly invoicing system.
- The role will involve presentations to partners, fee earners and Finance staff to entrench new billing policies.
- Producing periodic reports on status.
- Knowledge of legal billing systems.
- Familiarity with LEDES templates.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to the success of this role.
- Analytical skills.
- Positive, focused
Legal revenue control and/or billing background with proven experience in client facing responsibilities
- GCSEs in Maths and English (grades A-C) or equivalent

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 09:00-5:30pm
