They have some major client’s in their portfolio who are constantly challenging them to improve and exceed expectations. Due to expansion they now require a field service engineer.
The successful service engineer will have the opportunity to start with a company that has a great knowledge of the industry and will change the way the industry is serviced.
The role is primarily field based but you will be required to work onsite at their Runcorn Head Office dependant on business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintenance and service of Waste Compaction & Material Handling Equipment
- Reactive and Preventative Maintenance
To fulfil these requirements you must have the following skills / experience:
- Have a good in depth, knowledge and experience of material & waste
- Compaction/handling equipment maintenance and installation.
- Diagnosing faults and problem solving to repair
- Preparation of service reports
- Working on hydraulics and electrical circuits
- Good working knowledge and experience all aspects of the equipment:
Compactor Maintenance: 2 years
Baler maintenance: 2 years
Hydraulic Knowledge: 2 years
Engineering: 3 years
Specifications:
- Must hold full clean UK Driving Licence
- Time Served Field Service Mechanical Engineer
- Single or 3 phase Electrical qualifications or experience essential
- Available for overtime, callout rota and travel.
