We're sorry, you can no longer apply for this job.

We're not gearing up for economic recovery - we're already there and then some! How about you?

We already have a Quality led, successful, and efficient fast-moving lean manufacturing facility, but we think we can do even better. Can you?

Hence the need for a real leader at our site to work within our budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards.

As Factory Manager, you'll have full responsibility and accountability for safety, customer quality, cost, delivery requirements and for our great team on site, but that is what you thrive on in your previous experience, isn't it? We just need you to ensure that our people continue to be developed, and remain enthusiastic, motivated and flexible.

Likewise, if managing change and embedding a culture of continuous improvement that supports our operational strategy isn't self-evident from what has already been written, well there is no harm in saying it again, is there?

What do we expect of you in return for a rewarding post, that will allow you autonomy in your work, and the chance to make a real personal mark on what we do?

- We need to see that you have already got a substantial track record of plant management experience in a fast-moving lean six sigma manufacturing environment.
- If you can show any relevant qualifications to go with your experience, then that is a great plus.
- Simultaneously able to be both hands on and a leader, with a positive attitude to change management.
- That crucial understanding of manufacturing needs in respect of efficiencies, quality and managing budgets.

We're ready to step up and kick on - if you're ready to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
