Now they're 20 people (They're doing some great things in healthcare software based in Bristol City Centre), it’s time they added someone to their team who is dedicated to making sure their day-to-day administrative tasks are taken care of efficiently, reliably, and properly. Here’s who they're looking for:

You’re the type of person who thrives on taking care of things the right way the first time. A task comes in and you figure out how to get it done without having to ask a lot of questions. When you say “I’ll take care of it” they know it’ll be done well. You get excited when you know you’ve made someone else’s day easier. Here’s what you might have done for them last week:

- Worked out just how their CEO can get local parking free of charge!.
- Sent 25 handwritten thank you notes to customers.
- Made just a few of their software developers laugh (work that one out)!
- Answered a handful of calls and routed them to the right people.
- Become clued up on HR issues and driven their initiative to become an employer of choice in Bristol
- Researched and recommended local fruit suppliers for the office!
- Researched and recommended benefit plans; dealt with broad HR issues confidentially
- Cleaned up their CRM account to make sure contacts have photos, proper company names, phone numbers, addresses, etc.
- Took notes during various discussions + followed up to make sure actions were delivered
- Asked 20 customers permission to include them on their customer page and arranged to produce video testimonials.
- Paid a few bills.
- Welcomed various people to the office and made sure an internal meeting ran efficiently.
- Picked up some office supplies.
- Assisted their Customer Success lead in arranging an introduction between two customers
- Helped with some event co-ordination for their forthcoming attendance at a big national exhibition
- Provided second opinion for Marketing person to bounce ideas on flyers off
- Something on management reports??

Here are some other things you might do:
- Basic event planning/management/support for their in-house workshops and training courses they intend to roll-out!
- Handle any basic issues with outside vendors.
- Check in occasionally with top customers via phone/email.
- Stay on top of things that were promised to them but haven’t been delivered yet…and also that’ve promised but not delivered upon!
- Fill in on some basic customer service/support if the team is short.

Experience is important. They are looking for someone who’s managed an office of 20+ before, or has worked full time as an executive assistant for someone who had a very full schedule. You should consider yourself a pro – this is not a job for first timers.

If this job sounds like something you’d love to do every day, they definitely want to hear from you. They need to hear from you!
