This company makes handmade sourdough pizza using fresh local ingredients across 3 locations in Bristol as well as from their Landrover set up for weddings, parties and events. They have been around since 2013 but their principles haven't changed, fresh food, great music and fun environments.
- Sales - following up enquiries, making contact with venues and event organisers, working with marketing team to generate sales, site visits, pre planning.
- Events team - supervising the execution of events. Planning, organising staff, ordering and preparation, maintaining and cleaning of equipment etc. Making it happen is the most important part!
You'll be taking ownership of this side of the business, with more investment being made in equipment and a solid expansion plan. You'll need to be a positive, committed, dynamic and hospitality focused person at the helm.
- Some hospitality or events experience will be necessary.
- Full, clean driving license.
- Key skills; highly organised, problem solver, positive thinker
Flexible working on an as and when basis depending on bookings.
£10-£14 P/H Dependant on experience + Commission on bookings.
Plenty of staff outings and activities with the restaurant teams.
They would consider splitting this into two separate roles should either part not interest you, they would love to hear from you, just let them know what gets you excited!
Based from central Bristol but some extensive travelling required with events all over the South (vehicle provided).
