A unique opportunity to become the first employee at an influential networking group within the education sector.

If you’re an extremely organised, entrepreneurial and hardworking individual, then this is the role for you!

The company is a networking group for education technology leaders.
You will act as a Personal Assistant to the CEO as well as being the Event Manager: organising weekly dinners, quarterly drinks parties and numerous conferences.

The role includes:

- Event management (dinners and drinks parties)
- Conference management (organising a few conferences annually)
- Social media (promoting news/the company's members’ news, and engaging with the wider edtech community)
- Communications (weekly members’ newsletter and monthly newsletter to the wider edtech community)
- Marketing and sales (identifying potential new members and leading them through the onboarding process)
- Calendar management (arranging meetings, booking restaurants, travel etc)
- Business admin (general administration including expenses, invoicing, etc)

They are looking for someone who:

- motivated and a self-starter, requiring minimal direction
- extremely organised and comfortable dealing with large volumes of admin and tasks
- has fantastic communication skills with excellent English
- has administration/assistant experience
- has some experience of event management
- can attend meetings and events in central London (at least once a week)

You’ll be the company’s first employee and have the ability to shape the direction of the business.
You’ll report directly to the CEO.
You may work from home or from a central London co-working space.
