Duty Manager is sought by this stylish, lovingly restored and refurbished restaurant with rooms, located in the charming town of Ludlow. This will suit a candidate who has preferably had experience in the Food and Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and wines.
Your role will be to oversee a variety of functions including food and beverage service, front of house reception and housekeeping. They are not expecting the successful candidate to be an expert in all of these areas however a knowledge of all areas is a prerequisite. It goes without saying customer service is at the top of their list. This is a hands on role and as Duty manager you will be assisting the owners to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant with rooms, on a day to day rota basis which does include shift work.
They have 13 bedrooms and 2 restaurants that can dine approximately 50 & 40 covers respectively. Set in the beautiful gastronomic town of Ludlow they are quickly making a name for themselves both for their beautiful rooms and through their fine dining.
