This small niche print company based 10 miles north of York is looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A logical and methodical approach to prioritising work
- Attention to detail as the role can be fast paced
- Able to work well under pressure
- Computer skills (training will be given)
- Ability to work well in a team or on your own
- Good time keeping and attendance
- Have a can-do attitude to getting whatever needs doing done
Key Responsibilities:
- The main purpose of the role is to accurately check and package print orders to a high standard before distribution nationally and internationally
- General Goods in and out Duties
- Checking order lists for priorities
- Moving incoming stock to the warehouse which will involve some heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
- Preparing documents for courier collections
- Keep workstation tidy
- Completing regular stock takes and maintaining stock levels
Any experience in a similar role would be advantageous, although not essential, as full training will be given.
Working out of lovely offices north of the York ring road, they think realistically access to a car would be essential to be able to work with them, although there is a bus from York to Stillington every hour.
