This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing online flooring companies in the UK based in Aintree, Liverpool as a Dispatch Administrator.

This junior role is ideal for someone looking to kick-start a career in administration/customer service with an e-commerce company that offers opportunities to progress into roles with more responsibility in the future. No experience is required with full training provided but there is an academic requirement to have at least five GCSE’s A-C or 5-9.

Approximately 70% of this office-based role involves receiving flooring orders from our sales team, checking them, and placing the order with the supplier. The successful candidate will need to be confident and friendly on the telephone as calling each customer to provide them with a delivery date is a big part of the role. As well as calling customers, the role involves answering the phone and helping answer customer queries. A smaller 30% of the role will involve answering the phone to residential customers wanting to place an order and taking payment over the phone.

To be considered for this role you will need to be really good at using a computer, sending email, using a spreadsheet and have superb written English skills - you might need to chat with their customers on Livechat from time to time.

This role is paid at £8.00 per hour working 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, including free drinks, discounts on flooring products, and great rewards such as free lunch Fridays and team nights out.
