Main Responsibilities / Duties
- Collaborate with their clients and key stakeholders; find out what they are trying to achieve, fully understand the requirements, the business case and the risks
- Engage with the design & development teams to define and produce outstanding solutions
- Communicate proactively with all parties to own the product backlog, drive delivery and ensure quality
- Work with the team to continuously improve the way they work with backlogs, impediments, technical debt and priorities
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner delivering digital products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a thorough understanding of both business and technology concepts
- Strong organisational, problem solving and planning skills, including ability to prioritise and negotiate competing goals.
- Excellent client and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work and deliver results independently
- Adept at dealing with senior stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Driving licence
