This luxury spa hotel in Falmouth is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for the development of the brand in the online world and its CRM strategy. This includes enhancements of all online presences for the brand (including content management), digital media planning and creation and execution of online advertising, development of their global social media presence and coordination and assessment of targeted client e-communications.

The role will assist in the creation and implementation of the marketing and e-commerce strategy for the hotel (Rooms, Food & Drink, Meetings & Events, Health Club, Spa and other) in order to increase the hotel’s revenue across all markets and segments.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Create, manage & review all digital advertising campaigns, including Pay Per Click, Display, Retargeting and Meta Search
- Continually assess and develop the brand’s website in order to increase traffic, engagement, conversions, online sales and subsequent offline sales
- Report and recommend updates in response to detailed traffic and competitor analysis
- Lead their online content strategy
- With support, action content updates for all website pages
- Coordinate website translations
- Manage incumbent external web development agency
- Monitor and manage all third-party web listings
- Produce weekly reports on digital performance
- Monitor the CRM systems and administer/interrogate where necessary
- Develop and implement segmentation strategies to target email campaigns
- Extract mailing lists when required
- Using segmentation groups, set email campaigns at Resort, Rooms, Spa, Health Club and Food & Beverage levels
- With support, build and send all enewsletters
- Ensure a strong auto-email customer journey is in place
- Through pre-stay emails, upsell and convert OTA customers to direct

Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years marketing experience, with agency or in house
- Expert, hands-on experience with PPC and paid media platforms, including social
- Experience of reporting on organic and paid-for online campaigns
- Strong analytical ability with Google Analytics experience
- E-newsletter campaign building experience
- CRM and segmentation experience and understanding
