ARE you a visionary Digital Marketing Manager?

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist within a fast paced online clothing brand. Leadership skills and a good background in e-commerce are essential to this position.

Key Role & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to) -
- Direct and monitor a team of 3 members in a digital marketing department.
- Ensuring balance between productivity and budgets.
- Product placement and celebrity gifting
- Monitor the tracking and receipt of samples from creation to website launch.
- Help create and work to ongoing Critical Paths. Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Search engine optimization (SEO): increase the number of visitors to the website and leads generated by achieving high-ranking placements in search results.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Execute tests, campaigns, collect and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI for paid search campaigns
- Ensure we have the optimal copy, site architecture and content on landing and other webpages to maximise search engine results
- Ensure best practice SEO approaches are being taken when new/changed website content is being deployed
- Social media and mobile marketing: generate leads by developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through relevant social media channels.
- Contribute to brand campaigns and launches of new products.
- Any other areas relevant to the ongoing growth of the brand worldwide.

Requirements :
- Previous track record managing a department.
- 5 Years + experience in the field
- SEO, PPC and social media expertise. Including a good knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Extensive experience of digital marketing, e.g. advertising, social media, email, website content creation and management, lead generation etc
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Good office software skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe etc…)
- Recognised marketing qualification (Desirable)
- Experience of using relevant software, e.g. Google Analytics, Click Equations, Search Ignite, Webtrends, Hootsuite etc.
