Benefits:

You will be part of a young fast-growing company and will be actively able to shape how it grows and will be part of the key decisions. You will be part of the senior management, so as the company grows, you will be part of that success and will be able to benefit from it. This is not a corporate company with set ways, they will value your creativity and ideas.

They don't strictly believe in working from an office all the time, so the position will allow home office work. You will also be able to travel abroad for company retreats and tradeshows/events that they attend internationally.
