Digital Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Fashion

This global luxury brand for jewellery and men’s accessory is recruiting a committed, creative and efficient Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their small Ecommerce Team in their Head Office in Chelsea.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical knowledge of digital media and technology and flair to create compelling online content for discerning customers of a luxury fashion brand.

Your can do attitude and excellent communication skills across departments support the consistent delivery of the brand message and the growth of online sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

- To manage and drive the digital strategy and liaise with other departments to implement this
- Day to day management of the website, ensuring accurate and relevant information is displayed at all times.
- Deliver compelling digital campaigns that drive traffic to the website, as well as footfall to retail boutiques
- To deliver events, promotions and new initiatives, to achieve digital marketing objectives in line with the overall E-Commerce strategy
- Planning, drafting and execution of the marketing calendar, taking into account the overall company strategy, seasonal sales expectations and any planned events
- Drive quality traffic to the website through the effective use of advertising and managing of affiliate partnerships
- Writing briefs for the collection pages
- Supporting PR with Social Media activities
- Continually evaluate all digital marketing campaigns and activities to ensure they remain within budget and can demonstrate a return on investment.
- Attending relevant events as required and reporting back to MD with ideas and improvements for implementation

Essential Skills and Experience

- At least 2 years experience with proven track record in Digital Marketing in the UK fashion industry
- Degree educated or similar qualification with a subject related to fashion
- Evidence of strong analytical CRM for global fashion business
- Supporting the delivery of SEO for the website and editing of its content
- Ability to manage work across departments and keeping on top of a heavy workload
- Excellent content writing skills and use of creative communication tools
- Affinity to adapt quickly to new situations an positive approach
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and see the ‘bigger picture’
- Instinctively creative, and always willing to listen to other opinions and collaborate
- Excellent IT skills in MS Office and Photoshop, Google Analytics, InDesign

Desirable Skills and Experience
- Working autonomously as part of a small organisation
- HTML and associated coding to increase brand exposure and traffic to website increase the
- Luxury jewellery experience
