Digital Account Manager

This is an opportunity to join a growing digital agency focused on SEO, their portfolio of clients is diverse in nature and scale allowing us the opportunity to deliver compelling digital solutions, predominantly SEO. As they grow, their search for talent increases - they now have an exciting opening for a Digital Account Manager to be based in their Northampton office.

So, what’s the role?

As a Digital Account Manager, you will manage the commercial relationship with existing clients. Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities.

Working with and encouraging client engagement for campaign improvement, nurturing relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing..

- Oversee campaign growth and develop new ideas and working relationships ensuring all deadlines are met
- Monitoring the day to day commercial performance of each account within our portfolio.
- Carrying out analysis and producing reports on a monthly basis.
- Daily liaison with the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent service
- Creating customer contracts in conjunction with the clients and being responsible for 6m, 12m reviews.
- Representing the dapa brand and being the liaison between the company and the client

What you’ll bring...

- An understanding on the current market and an external appetite that tracks competitors
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of key SEO practices and pitfalls
- An open mind and active interest in learning new techniques and technologies
- Meticulous organisational skills with good communication skills and ability to engage

- Experienced in successfully managing digital campaigns
- Capable of maintaining the revenue and gross profit of each account ensuring they remain profitable
- A true leader, maximising business potential by taking structured approach, ensure long term success
- Creative thinker, debater and problem solve
- Able to blend into the company’s unique culture
- Able to work on your own initiative

What you have and can share...

- Excellent analytical skills, the ability to interpret data and trends along with meticulous attention to detail
- Best practise approach to building strong partnerships and implementing periodical range review meetings
- Degree level or equivalent in related field, for example Marketing, Business Management
- Asana and Google doc’s skills would be beneficial.
- Some knowledge of SEO and link building strategies would be beneficial.
