A Customer Success Executive is required to join a leading provider of online commercial property software based in Berkshire.

The Role:
The Customer Success Executive role is varied, exciting and will evolve as you become an integral part of the team.
Overview of key responsibilities:
- Pro-active customer support & satisfaction
- Working closely with the founder on various administrative duties
- Sales & marketing initiatives (including keeping the website and social media updated)
You are:
- Great at dealing with people on the phone, face-to-face or via email
- Tech-savvy with a nack of picking things up and running with them
- Able to pick up software very easily and be the go-to person for any queries
- Wanting to be part of a fast-growing company where progression in your role is encouraged
- Extremely well organised and not shy to organise others
- A driven, pro-active individual who is interested in more than a ‘typical’ 9 - 5 job
- Hungry to impress and progress within any situation you are dealt with

You have:
- 2+ years experience in a business-to-business environment
- Ideally you have worked for a software company or similar
- Ideally you have worked as a support or account executive previously
