Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Renumeration – £24,000 - £28,000 + 5% pension, laptop + 25 days holiday.

This employer is a well-respected and growing specialist R&D tax, video games tax and grant bid writing consultancy business. They deliver optimised R&D tax claims by offering a ‘best in class’ consultancy service and through their bespoke R&D claim portal.

Due to continued success, the company now has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to help grow the business. In return, the individual will receive a number of avenues for future career development.

Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all new enquiries. Responding to all inbound calls and emails. Establishing the best course of action to escalate qualified enquiries
- Effective utilisation of the company’s CRM system, to manage prospective clients thorough the business development process
- Supporting the rapid on-boarding of new clients, by swiftly and accurately completing Client Due Diligence and individual identity checks
- Credit control, ensuring clients pay to terms and chasing payment of outstanding invoices

Experience & Skills Required

Candidates for the role of Customer Services Executive must be a confident, self-motivated, results focussed professional with at least 2 years’ experience in a customer/client services role, preferably gained within a business to business environment. Candidates must also possess:
- Well-organised, confident, punctual and professional manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail and a quick learner
- Proficiency in Microsoft’s Office suite of programs (i.e. Excel, Word, etc)
