They are seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent to join their Customer Service Team. You will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Log Customer queries on ticketing system
- Respond to Customers within a set SLA
- Ticket queries sent to the relevant Department for investigation
- Update Customers in a timely manner
- Process mobile hardware orders
- Process mobile queries and requests
- Liaise with Suppliers
- Correspond with Customers via email and phone
- Completing Credit Requests
- Ensuring Customer records are kept up to date
- Process Cancellations
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Commercially aware
- Strong communication skills and clear and professional telephone manner
- To have experience of working in a Team and be a dedicated Team player.
- Able to use your own initiative when dealing with Customer queries.
- Computer literate
- Positive can do attitude
Hours:
- 40 hours per week – Hours 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Salary and benefits:
- £16,000 to £19,000 dependent upon experience
- Pension with Employer contributions
- 21 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
