You will be working alongside a team of experienced Customer Service Advisers, helping to provide first class support to online chat, phone and email queries. We are a busy department and you will need to work both on your own initiative as well as part of the wider team.
The right candidate will need to be especially confident on the telephone with great all round communication skills. Experience working with spreadsheets and word processing as well as general office administrative tasks are essential.

Salary: £15,100-£16,250 (dependent upon experience) plus 3% Pension contribution and amazing staff discounts on most of your retail therapy.
